Clinical Counselling
Clinical counselling provides a supportive space in which you can find some immediate relief for the emotional and mental pain you’re experiencing at that moment. With the help of a Registered Clinical Counsellor, you will examine the roots of your issue and work towards changing unwanted patterns of behaviour.
The Benefits of Counselling
Individual Counselling Adults & Youth (12 or older)
The most common issue we hear about from client’s is that of feeling “stuck” in some way; be it in a relationship, a job, or in a cycle of old patterns and harmful behaviours. This leaves folks feeling alone and detached, and living with unwelcome suffering. Counselling offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and take steps towards getting “unstuck”.
Rates for Individual Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor:
$180 + GST for 50 minutes
$270 + GST for 75 minutes
Relationship Counselling
Relationships can be challenging as we navigate through life’s transitions with loved ones. While relationship counselling is available when we are in a point of crisis, it can also be used to explore deeper and more meaningful connections with our partners and family members.
Relationship counselling is an opportunity to increase our understanding of each other, change harmful patterns of engagement and make impactful changes for the future.
Rates for Relationship Counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor:
$230 + GST for a 50 minute session
$345 + GST for a 75 minute session
